All WheelPad models (PADs, or personal accessible dwellings) are universally accessible, exceeding requirements for the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Standard features are designed for people with mobility challenges to live, work, and play more easily. All PADs include a hoist track compatible with most lifts on the market for ease of movement from the sleeping area to the accessible bathroom. All bathrooms are wet rooms, with plenty of room for a wheelchair and allowing for washing assistance if needed.

SuitePAD

SuitePAD is an accessible bedroom and bathroom addition for your home. SuitePAD is our original model: a 200-square-foot bathroom and sleeping space. It can be permanent, or temporary. The focus of SuitePAD is inclusion, allowing for independence with its own entrance and separate facilities, yet allowing one to roll into the main house for meals and activities when desired.

Designed to meet the Agency of Transportation Guidelines, the SuitePAD can be pulled with a heavy-duty pickup truck. CONNECTORS to the home can be built in less than two weeks.

StudioPAD
