WheelPad
Delivery
You will know the delivery plan before you sign a sales contract.
The purchase price of your WheelPad model includes transport by truck to your delivery address in the contiguous United States, provided the address is served by public roads.
Have questions about truck access? We will review your address with you.
One price. A clear delivery plan.
Delivery can feel like an unknown when you are buying a modular home. WheelPad removes that uncertainty by including delivery in the purchase price and reviewing access before you buy.
Included in the purchase price
Truck delivery to an approved delivery address in the contiguous 48 states. No separate delivery fee.
Your address is reviewed before the sales contract
Every property is different. Before you enter into a sales contract, WheelPad reviews the delivery address and site access to determine whether the delivery truck can safely reach the final location.
If the truck cannot reach that location, curbside delivery may be the available option. Your Accessible Housing Advisor will explain the planned delivery approach in advance, so you can make any additional arrangements with confidence.
Delivery includes
- Transport by truck to the approved delivery address.
- Delivery within the contiguous 48 states to addresses served by public roads.
- A site-specific access review before the sales contract.
- Advance coordination of the approved delivery approach.
- The trailer on which the WheelPad arrives; the trailer is included in the purchase price.
Delivery does not include installation
Delivery covers transport to the approved delivery point. It does not include site prep, utility connection, building a connector, or performing other installation work at the property.
Your PAD arrives trailer-mounted
The trailer is included in the purchase price and normally remains with the PAD. If you plan to remove the modular home from the trailer, you must make separate arrangements in advance to remove the unit and return the trailer.
How delivery works
2. Review site access - Before the sales contract, WheelPad reviews the delivery address and the route to the intended location.
3. Confirm the delivery approach - We determine whether the truck can reach the final location or whether delivery will need to be curbside.
4. Coordinate delivery - The delivery details are scheduled with you as your PAD moves toward completion.
5. Receive your PAD - The unit arrives trailer-mounted at the approved delivery point ready for installation.
