WheelPad® Leasing

Leasing a WheelPad unit may be the answer if you are experiencing mobility challenges, have a loved one who is, or are simply planning for the need of an accessible bedroom and bathroom. For temporary installations, WheelPad SuitePAD model can be leased for $3,250 per month. The leased unit is an approximately 200 square foot accessible bedroom and bathroom unit that can be temporarily attached to a home.

The lease includes delivery, permitting assistance, and construction support. The price does not include installation. The lessor is responsible for payment of all costs and expenses of preparing the host property to connect with the unit, including any permits, utility connections, and connection to the home. 

The minimum lease term is 6 months, and may be extended to 36 months. Lease payments are due and payable in advance on the first day of each calendar month.
