Paramount Residential Mortgage Group

PRMG Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. logo

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group (PRMG) offers traditional mortgage products and will include a WheelPad as a part of a renovation loan, or home equity loan for those that qualify. After a renovation is done, they will do a free refinance to roll it into the mortgage. Permits need to be in hand to be considered for financing.

If you are specifically looking at taking out a renovation loan to help fund a WheelPad product, it is important to note that to qualify, the WheelPad will have to be installed on a concrete slab foundation. The product will still be delivered on a trailer with wheels.

VA-Backed Veterans Home Loans

VA direct and VA-backed Veterans home loans can help Veterans, and service members buy, build, improve, or refinance a home. You’ll still need to have the required credit and income for the loan amount you want to borrow. But with a Certificate of Eligibility, a Veterans home loan may offer better terms than with a traditional loan from a private bank, mortgage company, or credit union.

VA home loan types

VA home loan programs offer to help you buy, build, or improve a home or refinance your current home loan—including a VA direct loan and 3 VA-backed loans.
