Gaining Clarity and Direction with Joe Heslin
Our team is steadily working to build our network, refine our manufacturing process, develop new designs, and to make Wheel Pad known as a viable option for those who most need to know about us. Our team meeting last week consisted of an illuminating and inspiring workshop with Joe Heslin, a marketing master who happens to live locally.
Joe lead us through his proprietary steps to develop a strategic marketing plan. As we talked, and shared, and thought; the hours flew by, our team further coalesced around our mission and vision, and we have some fresh ideas and approaches to try for the second half of the year. We are clear about who we are speaking to, and how we can best communicate with them. We know what approaches to prioritize. We have identified language (words & phrases) that directly speak to the heart and make the value of Wheel Pad apparent to those in a situation that may call for Wheel Pad. Finally, we identified some key stages of our sales process that we were aware of, but were perhaps not introducing well nor acknowledging.
This work helps us better reach and serve those that are most in need of Wheel Pad: Families & Individuals experiencing major life transitions, crisis due to sudden injury or illness, or a simple need for more comfortable and functional space at home.
